This kolam is the same pattern repeated multiple times. The number of dots on each row goes as follows: 4-3-4, 8-7-8, 12-11-12, 16-15-16, 16-15-16,  12-11-12, 8-7-8, 4-3-4. Some of the dots didn't show up on the picture, but follow the rules above and you should be set!

Another advanced kolam!

This kolam is a dot kolam, and is a bit harder than other kolams. It consists of a 1-5-5-7-9-13-13-15-13-13-9-7-5-5-1 (that's a mouthful!) grid. These are how many dots go on each row. The kolam consists of three patterns; two of the patterns, in fact, are only used once. Although it looks complicated, this dot kolam is easy to draw after figuring out the patterns. Enjoy!
