Advanced #8

Woohoo! Finally getting back into posting more kolams...I'll try to be more regular, promise. This one's actually a favorite of mine...It's really large, so I decided to upload the paper version instead of trying to spend hours perfectly drawing it on the computer. Hope that doesn't upset anyone :).

Please ignore the crooked dots people, I've never been too good at aligning the dots perfectly. This kolam involves four rows of 12, 4 rows of 4, and 4 rows of 12. Use the four rows of 12 to make a square with each side having four rows of 12, and add the "T-shapes" to each side (you would have already done it for the first side). Hope that makes sense, but the dot arrangement is not too complicated if you look at the picture closely. Once you get the dots, all you do is pick a corner and start looping! It's a pretty fun pattern to draw, since all you do is the same motion over and over until the kolam is done! In addition, you need to draw the rounded squares in the middle of the rows/t's/edges of square, but I would save that for last.

I'll upload more soon people! Sorry for taking a long break.
